McLaren brings the 570S GT4 to race car fans.
Since 2011, McLaren has been developing and building GT racing versions of their high-performance roadcars. And the results speak for themselves, with multiple championships, races and endurance event wins around the world.
Now, they’re bringing this track-honed power and cutting-edge design to a select few customers with the McLaren 570S GT4. Developed in conjunction with McLaren GT, McLaren’s racing arm, the 570S GT4 is the first of the Sports Series models to go racing.
Based around the carbon fiber Monocell II chassis that lies at the heart of all Sports Series models, the GT4 features a new wide body stretched over magnesium alloy wheels and Pirelli slick tires, with a GT4-spec aero package, including a high-level rear wing.
This new model was unveiled as it entered its final development phase. So, like the McLaren 650S GT3 before it, the 570S GT4 has been fine-tuned in the heat of real competition, before deliveries to customers started this year. And the McLaren GT team isn’t stopping there: They will enter the car in this year’s British GT Championship, contesting the full nine-round calendar, which includes the famous Spa circuit in Belgium.
Fortunately, you don’t have to travel to Europe to put the new 570S GT4 through its paces. Simply contact McLaren Dallas to find out how you can own a McLaren race car built for the track.
