What an awesome event! Several of the guys that I went with were old high school friends. Many of the classic cars were from the time that we all started driving and learning to appreciate a nice vehicle. As we strolled through that section, many of the cars conjured up a story that we would have to stop an re-live. They brought back fond memories gave us all a chance to laugh and say “If we only knew then, what we know now!” Can’t wait to attend next year!
Love my Lexus RX350! It’s a fantastic family car for four and our yellow Labrador. It’s going on 100,000 miles but shows no signs of slowing down. We plan to drive it until 200k miles!
After retiring from the U.S. Air Force, we purchased a house in Frisco. I needed a place to service our 2008 XC 90, so I gave Park Place a try. Well, I tried another Volvo dealer but never received the same professionalism as Park Place. I feel welcomed and confident knowing that the service I receive is needed and will be done right the first time. Driving from Frisco to Park Place Volvo is a drive, but well worth it. I receive quality service from an outstanding service department. Thank you for the work your service department offers! My next vehicle purchased will be a Volvo and Park Place will provide the service.
My experience with Park Place Lexus in Grapevine has always been amazing. From top-notch service department to knowledgeable sales staff, they’ve got it all. I purchased my Volvo from Volvo of Dallas and as soon as I drove away I had to take it back for running bad. Almost 6 months of going back and forth I took my car to Park Place and immediately they found all sorts of issues that they fixed under warranty. They told me that my car would not have made it onto their inventory. I’ve never felt like I was a burden throughout the whole ordeal. Today my car runs smooth and with the Volvo luxury feel. Can’t wait until I’m able to trade it in and be a Park Place Customer. I’d like to thank Aldo in the service dept for everything he’s done for me.
Nothing too fancy. I love how my Porsche is right at home one night in Bishop Arts (they always give me the best valet spot) for an evening with my wife and the next morning I can be racing around a track with no additional preparation to the car. Amazing vehicle and Park Place Porsche Service keeps her running in peak condition. Love Park Place!
I’m a survivor!! Yes, I’m a 3-year breast cancer survivor. After a 13-hour surgery and a new lease on life, I told myself there would be nothing that I can’t accomplish. I didn’t realize that I would be laid off a year later and have a car that said “enough is enough.” Once I accepted a job offer, I knew that I had to purchase another car to take the commute to Arlington. I had passed by Park Place several times, namely to see the Maseratis. I even stopped in a few times to check them out. The sales team were ultra professional and answered all my thousand questions….every single time! I had been to other dealerships, but none compared to Park Place. I finally purchased a car at Park Place Maserati, and even though I didn’t get my dream car, the Maserati Ghibli, I was so thankful for the team at Park Place for taking such good care of me. It truly meant a lot to me and my family. So, when I return to purchase my next car, hopefully my dream car, I will go to none other than Park Place.

In today’s world, it seems we hear mainly negatives, and very few praises. I am writing you today to let you know about 2 phenomenal employees of Park Place Lexus – Sal Granillo and Juan SanMiguel.
Yesterday, I had a blow out in my ES350. I pulled over, called Geico, and waited for their service vehicle to change my tire. About 10 minutes after my blowout, a car pulled in behind me. I thought to myself, “well, I guess they don’t need a tow truck to change a tire!”. I walked back to the Lexus that had pulled in behind me, and imagine my surprise when I saw a Park Place Lexus shirt on the driver. Sal was on his way home, and saw my car with the flashers on. He could not get across traffic (rush hour), so instead, he went around the block to get back to me. He told me he was a mechanic at Park Place Lexus and would gladly help me. I explained to him that Geico was on their way, but he insisted on helping me and proceeded to get the tire out of the trunk and started to change my tire! I was parked on a slight incline, however, and the jack wasn’t cooperating with us.
Enter Juan. He was also on his way home from a long day of work at Park Place, but didn’t hesitate to pull over and help out Sal. He got the jack out of his Lexus, and the two of them raised the car and changed my tire…while the Geico guy was still trying to find me. I called Geico and told them I didn’t need their service – I had 2 angels helping me out! They wouldn’t let me pay them for their time. They just said they were glad they could help.
I haven’t had my car at Park Place for many years – simply because nothing has ever gone wrong with my awesome ES350. However, my car will be at your facility in the morning to get the airbag replaced, check the alignment, and do some preventative work on it. I could have had Firestone do it all today while they were replacing my tires, but I changed my mind. If these 2 gentlemen are a reflection of your entire organization, I will never take my car anywhere else than Park Place Lexus. They made me a customer for life!
